Bei Zahlungen mit Kryptow\u00e4hrungen erstatten wir in der Regel keine Kryptow\u00e4hrungen zur\u00fcck, da Anforderungen zur Bek\u00e4mpfung von Geldw\u00e4sche und Betrug bestehen und Kryptow\u00e4hrungstransaktionen irreversibel sind. Wenn eine R\u00fcckerstattung genehmigt wird, erfolgt diese ausschlie\u00dflich per Bank\u00fcberweisung. Zur Bearbeitung der R\u00fcckerstattung m\u00fcssen Sie vollst\u00e4ndige Bankdaten angeben (vollst\u00e4ndiger Name, IBAN, SWIFT\/BIC, Name und Adresse der Bank).
