Eine neue Phishing-Kampagne, die sich als Helpdesk-Software ausgibt, um zu versuchen, Anmeldedaten von Cloud-Diensten wie Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Dynamics und IBM Cloud zu stehlen, wurde in freier Wildbahn beobachtet.<\/p>\n

Wie BleepingComputer<\/a> berichtete, analysierte der Nachrichtensender k\u00fcrzlich Phishing-Nachrichten aus der Kampagne und stellte fest, dass sie \u00e4hnliche Formulierungen wie echte IT-Helpdesk-Dienste verwenden und dabei vorgeben, von einer Website namens “servicedesk.com” zu stammen.<\/p>\n

Die in der Kampagne verwendeten E-Mails imitieren eine “Quarant\u00e4nemail”-Benachrichtigung, die von Sicherheitsprodukten und Spam-Filtern verschickt wird und den Empf\u00e4nger auffordert, in der Warteschlange festsitzende Nachrichten “freizugeben”. W\u00e4hrend die in der E-Mail aufgef\u00fchrte Adresse den Anschein erweckt, die Nachricht stamme von “noreply@servicedesk.com”, schickten die Angreifer ihre Phishing-Nachrichten tats\u00e4chlich \u00fcber “cn.trackhawk.pro”, das als Zwischendom\u00e4ne diente.<\/p>\n

In dem Bestreben, E-Mail-Filter leichter zu umgehen, wird die Service-Desk-Dom\u00e4ne sowohl im Absender- als auch im Empf\u00e4nger-Header der Phishing-E-Mails der Kampagne verwendet. Das bedeutet, dass die Angreifer entweder die Mailserver von servicedesk.com kompromittierten oder den Text “Received: form servicedesk.com” in den Header einf\u00fcgten, um glaubw\u00fcrdiger zu wirken.<\/p>\n

Cloud-Dienste f\u00fcr Unternehmen<\/h2>\n

Die Cyberkriminellen, die hinter dieser neuen Phishing-Kampagne stehen, nutzten IBM Cloud Hosting, Microsoft Azure und Microsoft Dynamics, um ihre Landing Pages zu hosten, um sie legitimer erscheinen zu lassen. Zus\u00e4tzlich erhalten Domains, die auf Azure oder IBM Cloud gehostet werden, auch kostenlose SSL-Zertifikate mit den Namen dieser Unternehmen, was ebenfalls dazu beitr\u00e4gt, die Legitimit\u00e4t der Kampagne zu verbessern.<\/p>\n

Nach dem \u00d6ffnen einer dieser Phishing-E-Mails sieht ein Benutzer zwei Schaltfl\u00e4chen mit der Aufschrift “MELDUNGEN FREIGABEN” und “CLEAN-UP CLOUD”. Wenn ein Benutzer auf eine dieser Schaltfl\u00e4chen klickt, wird er zu einer legitimen Microsoft Dynamics 365-URL weitergeleitet. Diese URL leitet ihn dann zu einer IBM Cloud-Dom\u00e4ne um, die zum Hosten der Phishing-Landingpage verwendet wird.<\/p>\n
