Gebruiksvoorwaarden<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

FREE VPN PLANET S.R.L. (hierna: de \u201cVennootschap\u201d, \u201cwij\u201d, \u201cons\u201d of \u201conze\u201d) is de eigenaar en exploitant van de VPN-dienst die wordt aangeboden onder het handelsmerk FREE VPN PLANET (hierna: \u201cFREE VPN PLANET\u201d of de \u201cDienst\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ter verduidelijking wordt in deze Algemene Voorwaarden de term \u201cFREE VPN PLANET\u201d gebruikt om zowel het handelsmerk als de onderneming die de Dienst aanbiedt aan te duiden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ingangsdatum<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Deze Algemene Voorwaarden (hierna: de \u201cVoorwaarden\u201d) zijn van toepassing op het gebruik van de FREE VPN PLANET-websites (freevpnplanet.com), de FREE VPN PLANET-applicaties (hierna: de \u201cApps\u201d) en alle daarmee samenhangende diensten (gezamenlijk: de \u201cDiensten\u201d). Door gebruik te maken van onze websites, Apps of Diensten, verklaart u dat u deze Voorwaarden hebt gelezen, begrepen en ermee instemt hieraan gebonden te zijn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Indien u deze Voorwaarden accepteert namens een organisatie of werkgever, verklaart u dat u bevoegd bent om deze organisatie aan deze Voorwaarden te binden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deze Voorwaarden vormen samen met het Privacybeleid en eventuele andere gepubliceerde beleidsregels een juridisch bindende overeenkomst tussen de Gebruiker en FREE VPN PLANET. Indien u niet akkoord gaat met (een deel van) deze Voorwaarden, verzoeken wij u de Apps niet te installeren en de Diensten niet te gebruiken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Algemeen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

FREE VPN PLANET biedt een virtueel priv\u00e9netwerk (VPN) aan dat is bedoeld om de online veiligheid en privacy van gebruikers te verbeteren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Voor bepaalde functies kan het noodzakelijk zijn een account aan te maken. De gebruiker is volledig verantwoordelijk voor alle handelingen die via zijn\/haar account plaatsvinden, inclusief gebruik door derden aan wie toegang is verleend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

FREE VPN PLANET hanteert een strikt no-logs beleid en registreert geen browse-activiteit van gebruikers. Bij registratie kan minimale informatie worden gevraagd, zoals een e-mailadres en wachtwoord. Voor betaalde abonnementen zijn tevens betalingsgegevens vereist. De gebruiker garandeert dat alle verstrekte informatie correct en actueel is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gebruikers zijn verplicht hun inloggegevens strikt vertrouwelijk te behandelen. Bij vermoeden van ongeoorloofd gebruik dient de gebruiker FREE VPN PLANET onmiddellijk op de hoogte te stellen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Het gebruik van de Diensten is volledig voor eigen risico van de gebruiker. FREE VPN PLANET behoudt zich het recht voor om de Diensten of onderdelen daarvan op elk moment te wijzigen, tijdelijk op te schorten of definitief te be\u00ebindigen, zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Wijzigingen van de Voorwaarden<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

FREE VPN PLANET kan deze Voorwaarden van tijd tot tijd aanpassen door een bijgewerkte versie op de website te publiceren. De datum van de meest recente wijziging wordt bovenaan vermeld. Door de Diensten te blijven gebruiken na een wijziging, stemt de gebruiker ermee in gebonden te zijn aan de gewijzigde Voorwaarden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Privacy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

FREE VPN PLANET volgt of registreert geen internetactiviteiten van gebruikers, waaronder bezochte websites, DNS-verzoeken of e-mailcommunicatie. Technische gegevens kunnen uitsluitend worden verwerkt voor beveiligings-, ondersteunings- en probleemoplossingsdoeleinden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Persoonsgegevens worden niet gedeeld met derden, tenzij dit uitdrukkelijk is toegestaan in het Privacybeleid of wettelijk verplicht is. Verzoeken van overheidsinstanties worden uitsluitend ingewilligd indien deze juridisch bindend zijn en binnen de toepasselijke jurisdictie vallen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Diensten van Derden<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

De Apps en websites kunnen links of functies bevatten die worden aangeboden door derden. FREE VPN PLANET heeft geen controle over dergelijke externe diensten en is niet verantwoordelijk voor de inhoud, beschikbaarheid of voorwaarden daarvan. Gebruik van diensten van derden gebeurt volledig op eigen verantwoordelijkheid van de gebruiker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Licentie<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

FREE VPN PLANET verleent de gebruiker een beperkte, persoonlijke, herroepbare en niet-overdraagbare licentie om de Apps, Websites en Diensten te gebruiken. Alle intellectuele eigendomsrechten met betrekking tot de software, inhoud en vormgeving blijven volledig eigendom van FREE VPN PLANET.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De Diensten zijn uitsluitend bestemd voor persoonlijk gebruik. Het is niet toegestaan de Diensten te kopi\u00ebren, wijzigen, verkopen, verhuren of anderszins commercieel te exploiteren.\nHet is strikt verboden om de Dienst te reverse engineeren, te decompileren of op enige wijze de beveiliging ervan te omzeilen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Abonnementen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

FREE VPN PLANET biedt zowel gratis als betaalde abonnementen aan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6.1 Duur en prijzen<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Actuele informatie over abonnementsvormen en prijzen is beschikbaar in de Apps en op de website. Eventuele prijswijzigingen worden vooraf aan gebruikers meegedeeld.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6.2 Gratis proefperiodes<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

FREE VPN PLANET kan van tijd tot tijd gratis proefperiodes aanbieden voor premiumfuncties. De voorwaarden die van toepassing zijn op dergelijke proefperiodes worden afzonderlijk hierin vermeld. Indien de proefperiode niet v\u00f3\u00f3r het einde wordt geannuleerd, wordt de door de gebruiker opgegeven betaalmethode automatisch belast voor de daaropvolgende abonnementsperiode, geheel op eigen risico en verantwoordelijkheid van de gebruiker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6.3 Automatische verlenging<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Abonnementen worden standaard automatisch verlengd, tenzij de gebruiker automatische verlenging uitschakelt via de accountinstellingen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6.4 Betalingen en restitutie<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

7. Verboden gebruik<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Het is verboden de Diensten te gebruiken voor:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • illegale, frauduleuze of schadelijke doeleinden;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • het verzenden van spam of verspreiden van malware;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • schending van intellectuele eigendomsrechten;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • geweld, haatdragende inhoud of exploitatie van minderjarigen;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • ongeautoriseerde toegang tot systemen (\u201chacken\u201d);<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • activiteiten in verband met militaire operaties of cyberaanvallen;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • pogingen om systemen van FREE VPN PLANET te verstoren of te omzeilen.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    FREE VPN PLANET behoudt zich het recht voor accounts die deze Voorwaarden schenden onmiddellijk te be\u00ebindigen, zonder recht op restitutie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    8. Afwijzing van garanties<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    “De Diensten zijn uitsluitend bestemd voor persoonlijk gebruik. Het is niet toegestaan de Diensten te kopi\u00ebren, wijzigen, verkopen, verhuren of anderszins commercieel te exploiteren.\nHet is strikt verboden om de Dienst te reverse engineeren, te decompileren of op enige wijze de beveiliging ervan te omzeilen.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    9. Beperking van aansprakelijkheid<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    FREE VPN PLANET is niet aansprakelijk voor directe of indirecte schade, gevolgschade, verlies van gegevens, winstderving of bedrijfsstilstand voortvloeiend uit het gebruik van de Diensten. De totale aansprakelijkheid is in alle gevallen beperkt tot het bedrag dat de gebruiker daadwerkelijk heeft betaald voor de Diensten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    10. Vrijwaring<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    De gebruiker vrijwaart FREE VPN PLANET tegen alle aanspraken, schade, kosten en verplichtingen (inclusief redelijke advocaatkosten) die voortvloeien uit schending van deze Voorwaarden of onrechtmatig gebruik van de Diensten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    11. Geschillen en arbitrage<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Op deze Voorwaarden is het recht van Roemeni\u00eb van toepassing.\n\nGeschillen worden voorgelegd aan arbitrage overeenkomstig de regels van de Roemeense Kamer van Koophandel en Industrie, of een andere overeengekomen Roemeense arbitrage-instelling.\n\nDe procedure zal worden gevoerd in de Engelse taal.
