Niet tevreden met onze VPN-dienst? Neem dan contact op met ons supportteam via support@freevpnplanet.com<\/a>. Ons supportteam kan in de meeste gevallen problemen met betrekking tot de configuratie of werking van de Dienst oplossen. Wij verzoeken u daarom eerst contact met ons op te nemen, zodat wij de door u ervaren problemen kunnen onderzoeken en, waar mogelijk, oplossen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Voorwaarden voor terugbetaling<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Gebruikers hebben het recht om de overeenkomst binnen 14 dagen na het sluiten ervan te herroepen. U kunt een terugbetaling aanvragen door contact op te nemen met ons supportteam via support@freevpnplanet.com<\/a>. Om een terugbetalingsverzoek te starten, moet u binnen 7 kalenderdagen reageren op de e-mail van het supportteam. Wacht alstublieft op een bevestigingsmail van onze supportmedewerker met betrekking tot uw terugbetaling. Vermeld duidelijk de reden van uw terugbetalingsverzoek om het beoordelingsproces te vergemakkelijken. Terugbetalingsverzoeken zonder opgegeven reden worden niet in behandeling genomen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dit recht is niet van toepassing als de dienst volledig is uitgevoerd in overeenstemming met de Servicevoorwaarden<\/a> (Sectie 6). Indien goedgekeurd, wordt de terugbetaling binnen 14 dagen verwerkt via de oorspronkelijke betaalmethode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Voor betalingen die zijn gedaan met cryptocurrency geven wij doorgaans geen terugbetalingen in cryptocurrency vanwege vereisten ter voorkoming van witwassen en fraude, en omdat cryptotransacties onomkeerbaar zijn. Indien een terugbetaling wordt goedgekeurd, wordt deze uitsluitend verwerkt via een bankoverschrijving. Om de terugbetaling te verwerken, moet u volledige bankgegevens verstrekken (volledige naam, IBAN, SWIFT\/BIC, naam en adres van de bank). Het terug te betalen bedrag in fiatvaluta wordt berekend op basis van het oorspronkelijke betaalbedrag, omgerekend tegen de wisselkoers op de datum van ontvangst van de betaling, minus eventuele toepasselijke transactiekosten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wij zijn niet verantwoordelijk voor schommelingen in de wisselkoers van cryptocurrency tussen de datum van betaling en de datum van terugbetaling. In geval van serviceonderbrekingen op het niveau van de provider of overheidsinstanties worden geen terugbetalingen verstrekt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Betalingen die zijn gedaan via automatische verlenging van het abonnement komen eveneens niet in aanmerking voor terugbetaling. Zodra een terugbetaling is goedgekeurd, kunt u nog steeds gebruikmaken van de gratis servers, maar wordt uw toegang tot premiumlocaties onmiddellijk ingetrokken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In-app aankopen<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Aankopen die via de iTunes\/App Store of Google Play Store zijn gedaan, vallen onder het terugbetalingsbeleid van de betreffende aanbieder. In dat geval verzoeken wij u rechtstreeks contact op te nemen met de ondersteuning van Apple of Google.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Houd er rekening mee dat het annuleren van een abonnement via het platform niet automatisch betekent dat een terugbetaling wordt verstrekt. Voor meer informatie kunt u terecht bij de klantenservice van de betreffende store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Daarnaast zijn aankopen die zijn gedaan met Telegram Stars voor Planet VPN niet restitueerbaar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Annulering van abonnementen<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

U kunt uw Premium-abonnement te allen tijde annuleren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Indien uw abonnement automatisch wordt verlengd, kunt u dit annuleren via uw persoonlijke account op onze website of door een schriftelijke opzegging te sturen naar support@freevpnplanet.com<\/a>, uiterlijk 24 uur v\u00f3\u00f3r de volgende incassodatum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bij communicatie met ons supportteam per e-mail of via online chat wordt van u verwacht dat u zich beleefd en respectvol opstelt.
