How to Delete Your Pornhub Account and Cancel Premium in 2026

This guide is for adults aged 18 and over. It covers account settings and privacy only.

Want to close your profile for good? This guide shows you how to delete your Pornhub account step by step on a computer and on a phone. It also covers the parts people often miss, like canceling Premium billing and asking for your personal data to be erased.

Pornhub is owned by Aylo. A free account takes a few clicks to delete from your settings. Premium is a separate paid membership, so you need to cancel your Pornhub account billing on its own. Deleting your profile alone won’t stop the charges.

Before You Delete: A Quick Checklist

Go through this list first. It takes a few minutes and saves you from surprise charges.

• Cancel Premium separately. Premium renews automatically at the end of each term until you cancel it. Deleting your free profile doesn’t end the membership. Cancel first, then delete.
• Check how you paid. Your sign-up confirmation email shows the billing details.
• Decide what to do with uploaded content. Creators and Model Program members may not be able to use self-service deletion. Contact support first to ask what happens to your posts and earnings.
• Think about a data request. Deleting the profile closes your access. If you also want Aylo to erase the personal information it holds, send a data deletion request (see below).
• Make sure you can sign in. You need your username or email and password. Reset your password first if you’ve forgotten it.

Delete Account vs Cancel Premium vs Clear History

These three actions do different things. Pick the one that matches what you want.

If you only want fewer traces on your device, clearing history may be enough. Our guide on how to use Pornhub explains where history and privacy settings live. If you want to leave the site completely, cancel Premium and then delete the account.

How to Cancel Pornhub Premium

Do this first if you have a paid membership.

1. Go to the Premium account management page and sign in. Pornhub Premium support links to it as “Manage memberships and add-ons.”
2. Open your membership and choose the cancel option.
3. Check your inbox for a cancellation confirmation email. It goes to the address you used to sign up. Check spam too.

If you can’t find the cancel button or the email never arrives, contact Premium support through chat or email. The support contact form also has an “I want to cancel my membership” option.

Trial memberships turn into paid monthly memberships unless you cancel during the trial. Monthly plans bill every 30 days from your sign-up date.

How to Delete Your Pornhub Account on a Computer

Here’s how to delete a Pornhub account from a desktop browser. Menu names change from time to time, so look for similar wording if a label looks different.

1. Go to the website and sign in with your username or email and password.
2. Click your profile picture in the top-right corner.
3. Choose Settings (sometimes shown as “My Settings”).
4. Open the Delete Account tab.
5. Complete the captcha and tick the box to confirm.
6. Click Delete to finish.

If you sign in on public Wi-Fi, check what your connection reveals with Planet VPN’s IP check tool. A VPN encrypts your internet connection, so other people on the same network can’t read your login details.

How to Delete Your Pornhub Account on a Phone

There’s no official Pornhub app in the App Store or Google Play. On iPhone or Android, you delete the account in your mobile browser.

1. Open Chrome, Safari or another browser and go to the site.
2. Tap the menu icon and sign in.
3. Tap your profile icon, then Settings (or “My Settings”).
4. Scroll to Delete Account. On mobile it may sit under the Member Profile section.
5. Confirm the deletion.

If the page layout looks cramped, switch your browser to desktop view and follow the computer steps instead.

How to Request Deletion of Your Personal Data

Deleting your profile is one step. A data request asks Aylo to erase the personal information linked to your account as well.

You have two routes:

• Support form. Choose the “I want to access/delete my data” option in the support contact form.
• Email. Aylo’s privacy notice lists [email protected] for privacy rights requests, including the right to have your personal information deleted.

Aylo verifies your identity before it acts on a request. Under its privacy notice, it has one month to respond. Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR in Europe or the CCPA in California give you a legal right to make this request.

Aylo doesn’t publish a fixed retention period after deletion. It says it keeps personal information only as long as needed, and it may keep some records, such as billing data, for legal reasons.

What Happens After You Delete Your Account

Once you confirm the deletion:

• Your profile stops showing to other users.
• You lose your favorites, playlists, followed channels and settings.
• Any remaining Premium time usually lasts until the end of the billing period you already paid for, if you canceled first.
• Your browser history stays on your device. Clear it in your browser settings.

Can you recover a deleted Pornhub account?

Plan as if you can’t. Pornhub doesn’t describe a grace period for restoring accounts, and user guides report that deletion is permanent. To come back later, you’d need to create a new account and start from scratch.

Keep your browsing private afterward

Your internet provider and anyone on the same Wi-Fi can see which sites you visit, even in private browsing mode. Our Pornhub safety guide covers the other privacy risks. A VPN keeps that traffic encrypted, and a no-logs VPN policy means it doesn’t keep records of your activity. A VPN doesn’t make you anonymous to sites you log in to, and it doesn’t change local age verification laws. Read more about using a VPN for Pornhub. You can learn more on the Planet VPN homepage or add the Planet VPN browser extension to your computer.

Protect Your Privacy with Planet VPN

Closing old accounts is a good privacy habit. Protecting your connection is the next step. Planet VPN encrypts your traffic in a couple of clicks on home and public networks. Core features are free. You watch a short ad now and then, and you get reliable encryption with a no-logs policy in return. For more locations and no ads, compare the options on the Planet VPN plans page.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does deleting my Pornhub account cancel Premium?

No. Premium renews automatically until you cancel it. Cancel through the Premium account management page or Premium support first, then delete your account. Keep the cancellation confirmation email as proof.

How do I delete a Pornhub account I can’t get into?

Reset your password from the sign-in page using the email address on the account. If that doesn’t work, contact Pornhub support through the contact form and choose the option to access or delete your data. Include the email address linked to the account so support can find it.

What if the site isn’t available in my region?

Pornhub restricts access in some US states and countries because of age verification laws. If you can’t reach the site to sign in, send a deletion request by email to [email protected] or through the support contact form instead. Please respect your local rules rather than trying to get around them. Our guide on why Pornhub is blocked in some regions explains these laws.

Will deleting my account remove my uploaded videos?

It depends on your account type. If you’re a creator or in the Model Program, contact support before you delete anything. Ask what happens to your uploads and any pending payouts, and send a data deletion request if you want your personal information removed too.

Is my browsing history deleted when I delete my account?

Only the history saved in your account goes with it. Your browser keeps its own history, cookies and cache. Clear those in your browser settings, or use a private window next time.

Can I cancel my Pornhub subscription by email or phone?

You can reach Premium support by email or live chat and ask them to cancel. Premium support lists chat and email as its contact options, so use those or the account management page rather than calling a number you find elsewhere online.
