Troubleshooting

If you are not satisfied with the VPN service, please inform us by email at [email protected]. We resolve most of the service configuration issues that may hinder the Services for you. There is a successful practice that we are troubleshooting an issue you experience first.

Terms of refund

Users have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the contract starting from its conclusion. You can request a refund by contacting our Support Team at [email protected]. To initiate a refund request, you must respond to the email from the support team within 7 calendar days. Please wait for a confirmation email from our support representative regarding your refund. Clearly state the reason for your refund request to facilitate the review process. Refund requests without a specified reason will not be considered.

This right does not apply if the service has been fully performed in accordance with the Terms of Service (Section 6). If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method.

For payments made in cryptocurrency, we generally do not issue refunds in cryptocurrency due to anti-money laundering and fraud prevention requirements and because crypto transactions are irreversible. If a refund is approved, it is processed exclusively by bank transfer. To process the refund, you must provide complete banking details (full name, IBAN, SWIFT/BIC, bank name and address). The refund amount in fiat currency will be calculated based on the original payment amount converted at the exchange rate on the date of payment receipt, and deduction of any applicable transaction fees.

We are not responsible for cryptocurrency exchange rate fluctuations between payment and refund dates. In case of service disruptions at the provider or governmental level, refunds are not issued.

Payments made on an issued automatic subscription renewal are also non-refundable. Once a refund has been approved, you will still be able to use the free servers, your access to premium locations will be instantly revoked.

In-app purchases

“In-app” purchases, being made via the iTunes/App Store and Google Play Market, are subject to iTunes/App Store or Google Play Market refund policies. Please, contact store support directly. Please, be informed that canceling the Subscription in iTunes/App Store or Google Play Market doesn’t mean the refund. Don’t hesitate to find out more details from store support when canceling such a purchase.

Please be aware that purchases made with Telegram Stars for Planet VPN are non-refundable.

Subscription cancellation

You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time. If the subscription is issued with automatic renewal, you can cancel it yourself through your personal account on the site, or by contacting our support team at [email protected] with a notice of cancellation of the subscription, at least 24 hours before the next debit deadline. You agree to be polite and friendly when communicating with our Support Team by email or online chat. If we find your behaviour threatening or offensive, we reserve the right to immediately blacklist you and block your access to the chat.
