How to add another TikTok account
The steps are almost the same on iPhone and Android:

Your second account is not a secret account
A second TikTok is often for privacy — a page your coworkers don’t need to see. That works, but it has limits.
TikTok uses shared signals to suggest “people you may know”. That is how someone from your personal account can get nudged toward a page you meant to keep quiet.
To keep a second account separate, turn off Suggest your account to others in Settings and Privacy, don’t sync your phone contacts, skip the Facebook or Google sign-in link, and set the account to Private so only approved followers see posts. None of that hides you from TikTok itself — it just cuts the number of people TikTok nudges toward the account.
